Engineering Students present at the 35th Annual CSU Systemwide Student Research Competition (CSU SRC)

Engineering Students represent SSU at the 35th Annual CSU Systemwide Student Research Competition (CSU SRC).

Congratulations to our Engineering students for being selected to represent Sonoma State University at the 35th Annual CSU Systemwide Student Research Competition!

Every year, each of the twenty-three CSU campuses can nominate ten research projects. This year two projects from the Engineering Department were selected to represent SSU campus at the event:

  • "Developing an Electronic Odor-Monitoring System",  by Andrew Terrazas and Jason Knight-Han
  • "The Smart Greenhouse", by Nathan Candler, Andres Rivera, Tony Jang, and Jesus Perez Quintero

The annual CSU Systemwide Student Research Competition is being hosted virtually by Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) this year. The goal of the event is to promote excellence in undergraduate and graduate scholarly research and creative activity by recognizing outstanding student accomplishments throughout all campuses of the California State University.

Please join us to congratulate our engineering students for their great work!
