Two graduate engineering students, Joseph Haun and David House, are presenting the results of their research work in the Society of Photo-optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) Digital Forum on Metamaterials, Metadevices, and Metasystems. Joseph is presenting his work on machine learning in metasurface design, and David is presenting his work on a novel meta-lens array for radar applications. The students worked at the Electrodynamics Engineering Laboratory (eel) and are mentored by Dr. Mohamed Salem.
