The students of EE 330 (Electronics II) took part in Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) workshop. The workshop material was prepared by Mr. Tim Wang Lee from EESOF EDA group at Keysight and delivered by Mr. Tim Wang Lee and Dr. Mohamed Salem. The participants learned about using ADS suite for transistor characterization and amplifier design. The participants also learned how to use ADS to verify their amplifier designs and prepare them for implementation. More than 35 BS-EE and MS-CES programs students participated in the workshop. This workshop was sponsored by the Electrodynamics Engineering Laboratory (eel) and the Electrical Engineering Club as part of the Workshop in a Lab initiative.
