Bio: Dr. John P. Sullins is a Professor of Computer Science at Sonoma State University and Director of Programming for the Center for Ethics, Law, and Society. His research focuses on AI ethics, robotics, autonomous systems, and technology design. He is coauthor of Great Philosophical Objections to Artificial Intelligence, has advised industry and government on ethical technology practices, and serves in leadership roles with IEEE ethics and standards initiatives. He received the Herbert A. Simon Award for Outstanding Research in Computing and Philosophy.
